The activities in this section of the book have been selected to bring together the topics and the language used in Talk Japanese as a coherent whole. They are suitable as revision material or as assessment activities.

Many of the activities on this web-site can be used again for revision either as they are or with minor variations. Some are easily adaptable, e.g. surveys as 10.2 or vocabulary team games as 10.3 can be used for many different topic areas. The game in 9.2 could be played in the same way with a different set of cards relating to accommodation or shopping.

Summative assessment of speaking skills can be carried out using all the ‘Now you’re talking’ pages as role-plays.
